If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be completed. Please verify your billing details or contact your card issuer.


Billing and Delivery Addresses

You may use different billing and delivery addresses.
During checkout, simply select “Use a different billing address” and enter the required information.
Please ensure all details are correct to avoid processing delays or delivery issues.
For security reasons, billing and shipping addresses must be within the same country.

  3. Enter your delivery and billing information.
  4. Select your preferred payment method.
  5. Review your order summary carefully before confirming.
  6. Click “Confirm Order” to finalize your purchase.

Once confirmed, your order will begin processing and you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

If you have an account, you can view your full order history and tracking details anytime by logging in to My Account.


Order Verification

In such cases, our support team may contact you via email or phone before the order is processed.


Currency & Taxes

All prices on our website are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST (where applicable).
If you are shopping from outside Australia, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction charges, which are outside our control.


Refunds

Refunds for eligible orders are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout, in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
